Bodegas Ximénez-Spínola is the only winery in the world that distils Pedro Ximénez from raisins. It is very expensive process to carry out because when drying the grapes 80% is lost (that is, only 200 litres per ton are obtained) and when distilling that amount, only 90 litres remain. This, combined with years dedicated to aging, gives rise to one of the world’s most unique distillates.

Tres Mil Botellas is the pinnacle of Ximénez Spínola’s brandy range – rare and beautifully aged, worthy of any collection. An extremely limited release of which we’ve managed to secure a tiny allocation. Only 3,000 bottles are made each year – this Gran Reserva Brandy de Jerez is made from 100% Pedro Ximénez wine and aged for approximately 25 years, 12 in Chestnut barrel and 13 more in old American oak. It offers a compelling blend of heritage, sophistication, and exclusivity.

Complex aromas of raisins, dried herbs, nougat, orange zest, tobacco and wood combine harmoniously. Long, elegant and memorable with persistent notes of dried fruit, oak warmth.
