We have three excellent Rieslings from the Weingut Wittmann with this being their entry level Riesling Trocken (which means “dry”). From the very good 2023 vintage, the wine has a lovely aroma in the glass with mineral almost petrol like notes (in a good way!). Lemon, lime and melon on the palate with medium acidity and good concentration. A great introduction to Riesling which is such an underrated wine and excellent with fish, shellfish, charcuterie and spicy food. Drink from now until 2028
