Weingut Wittmann Riesling Trocken 2021

We have two Rieslings from the excellent Weingut Wittmann with this being their entry level Riesling Trocken (which means “dry”). From the very good 2019 vintage, the wine has a lovely aroma in the glass with mineral almost petrol like notes (in a good way!). Lemon, lime and melon on the palate with medium acidity and good concentration. A great introduction to Riesling which is such an underrated wine and excellent with fish, shellfish, charcuterie and spicy food. Drink from now until 2025
