Made from 90% Chardonnay with 10% Fiano, this is a delicious wine from Puglia in the “heel” of Italy. Lovely complex nose of citrus and a hint of vanilla. On the palate there is great fruit with a well integrated use of oak and some hints of butter and cream to go with the slight mineral edge. Drink this from now until 2028 with fish, shellfish, vegetarian food and appetisers
