Another fantastic wine from the “new wave” of South African producers made from a blend of 36% Roussanne, 25% Semillon, 22% Chenin Blanc, 11% Chardonnay and 6% Clairette Blanc. Bright and rich deep gold colour in the glass with plum fruit and Brioche aromas. On the palate the wine is broad and rich with a good line of acidity into a long finish. Drink with appetisers, fish and pasta from now until 2025
