The 2018 Salus Chardonnay is rich and expressive with heady aromas of honeysuckle and chamomile surrounding a core of butterscotch and tropical citrus fruits. Plenty of body and texture to this wine kept in check by a refreshing undercurrent of acidity. The “Salus” range was founded by the Staglin family in support of mental illness after their son was diagnosed with schizophrenia.
