An excellent entry level pale Rosé from Provence that ticks all the summer boxes. The wine is a joint venture by Burgundy icons Dujac and DRC and made from a blend of mainly Cinsault with a bit of Grenache, Syrah and Merlot. The wine displays light in colour but has a lovely depth of flavour with Strawberry fruit on display and hints of melon and vanilla. Perfect summer lunchtime Rosé to be served nice and cold with salads, appetisers and light chicken or fish dishes
