Cracking English Sparkling Rosé from the Rathfinny Wine Estate near the coast in West Sussex and made from 63% Pinot Noir, 19% Chardonnay and 18% Meunier. The wine has an almost coral coloured hue in the glass with concentrated aromas of grapefruit and brioche. Silky texture on the palate with juicy acidity and great refreshing finish. Perfect with appetisers, shellfish and lean fish or just as an Aperitif.
