A very interesting offering from South Africa from a great award-winning producer - Donovan Rall. The blend of grapes changes depending on the year and the 2021 is a blend of 68% Chenin Blanc, 28% Verdelho with a 4% splash of Viognier. He has withdrawn Chardonnay from the blend giving the wine fresher tasting profile that is quite mineral and complex with a long lingering finish. An excellent and really well made wine that goes beautifully with fish or pasta
