Our second white wine from Rafael Palacios in Galicia made from 100% Godello harvested from old vines and boy, this one is an outstanding wine. Almost veering towards a Chardonnay but with fantastic structure and balance. It has everything - freshness minerality and buttery apple & pear fruit. Tastes like a top white Burgundy and Decanter magazine gave this a huge 98 points recently - one for the cellar as this has the structure for long bottle ageing
