Here’s a very interesting wine from Northern Piedmont heading up towards the Alps. Made from 80% Nebbiolo and two indigenous grapes, Vespolina and Croatina. The wine is a little more soft and supple compared to Langhe style Nebbiolo wines and reflects the higher growing conditions with some additional freshness. This is a perfect BBQ wine for red meats and poultry with some slightly spicy and earthy notes too
