These guys know how to make Soave and this is their top offering from the vineyard of La Rocca. Made from 100% Garganega, the wine is fuller and richer on the palate than their other wines with flavours of honey and almonds giving it almost a creamy feel on the mouth. Long finish with a mineral feel to it. Excellent with light fish, shellfish and appetisers. Will also develop with further bottle ageing - I recently had a bottle of their 2012 vintage and it was outstanding
