Pieropan have been making Soave for over a hundred years and were in fact the first producers to put the Soave name on a bottle. Made from a blend of mainly Garganega with a little Trebbiano di Soave, the wine is fresh and citrus tasting with round almond tasting flavours providing the perfect balance. Great with seafood and especially shellfish. Drink now or hold for two or three years to add a little complexity
