Mature leather and spices, ripe sweet core of fruit with underlying freshness and tension. Structured palate, firm tannins, showing power, tarry notes and dark fruits. The drinking window for this wine is suggested at 2025 - 2040 but will certainly drink young with a good long decant which is my preference. Pair with Beef, Lamb, Game and Rich meat Pasta dishes
