Cantina Terlan Nova Domus Riserva 2021

Made from the tried and trusted Cantina Terlan blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, Nova Domus is a Riserva that takes this blend to the next level. Fresh light yellow colour in the glass with a greenish hint and herbs & spices on the nose. On the palate, Nova Domus is complex and delicate, offering a creamy softness with an aromatic minerality, and has the texture for a very long finish. The wine can be drunk young and I would even recommend a 30 minute decant but is also built for long cellaring. At a recent Cantina Terlan tasting we tried a 2010 and 1998 and they were still going strong and offering incredible depth and complexity. Fantastic wines from one of my favourite producers and well worth seeing how the wine develops over time. Always limited stock as we only get a small allocation so get it while you can and pair with salmon, tuna, veal and grilled chicken- perfect with Parmigiana
