On the nose, the wine has a citrus perfume with floral notes and melon fruit. Very textured fruit on the palate with zesty acidity, fragrant stone fruit and minerals. Made from small parcels of old vines farmed on ancient quartz soils. Outstanding and delicious wine that pairs beautifully with shellfish, spicy food, lean fish ands cheese. Can be drink young but cellaring until 2033 will add layers of depth and complexity
