Made from seven different parcels of old vines in the Swartland region of South Africa with Chenin Blanc being the dominant grape (75%). This is a delicious, fresh and fragrant wine. There are small hints of oak and butter with notes of apple and citrus all balanced perfectly with great acidity and structure. The wine is made to reflect the soils from which it comes with minimal intervention. Drink from now until 2029 to partner with fish, appetisers and pasta dishes
