Amongst the most famous (and hard to get hold of) Sauvignon Blanc’s in Italy. If like me, Sauvignon is not your favourite grape, try this and you will look at in a whole new light. Made by enigmatic wine producer Enzo Pontoni who’s wines have almost cult status. The wine is vibrant and fresh with citrus aromas. On the palate, you’ll taste zesty lemon and tropical fruits with a crisp acidity but real depth of flavour and a refreshing finish. We only receive a small allocation each year so get a bottle while you can and either cellar for up to 10 years or drink with light seafood dishes
