A blend of the best local grapes from this fantastic Northern Italian region - Sauvignon Blanc, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Bianco, Malvasia and Friulano. A heady mix that come together beautifully to deliver a wine that is rich and yet crisp and multi-layered. Creamy notes of vanilla and almonds but with lively acidity balancing everything. Highly recommended bottle of wine to pair with pasta, shellfish, cured meats and cheeses over the next 5-10 years
