Great value certified organic Chianti Classico made from 95% Sangiovese with just 5% of the local Colorino grape. This is a classic style of Chianti with a youthful and fruity intensity. The wine is ruby red in colour with floral notes of violet, fresh ripe cherries and a mild spicy nuance. Complimented by well balanced acidity, soft tannins and a long persistant finish. Decant the wine for a good two hours in advance to allow the fruit to soften and drink over the next 3-5 years
