Johanneshof Pinot Noir Grillenhügel 2019

Our second wine from this great Austrian producer, this is single vineyard Pinot Noir is aged in barriques for 14 months prior to bottling. I highly recommend pouring into a large bowl glass to really appreciate the fabulous heady aromas. On the palate, the wine delivers expressive fruit flavours with notes of raspberry and a hint of caramel. Silky tannins, well rounded and great complexity with a really impressive length. An excellent partner to veal and game that will only get better with age
