Made from a blend of mainly Sangiovese (90%) and Canaiolo (10%), this is an excellent perfumed Chianti Classico. Displaying a bright and vibrant ruby red colour in the glass, with aromas of cherry and bramble. On the palate, the wine had lifted cherry driven fruit with a mineral undertone and firm acidity. The finish is long, intense and clean. Drink with red meats or cheeses over the next day years.
