Here we have an exciting collaboration between legendary Piedmont producer (Gaja) and famed local Sicilian producer (Graci) to create a wonderful wine made from predominantly Nerello Mascalese. Ruby red colour in the glass with an aromatic nose really showcasing the minerals of the volcanic terroir. Medium bodied with crisp red berry fruit and a hint of spice. Drink over the next 10 years with roast lamb, tune and aged cheeses
