A blend of mainly Shiraz (57%) followed by Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Merlot 9&%) and finally Cabernet Franc (6%). Deep crimson colour in the glass with iIntense aromas of ripe and spicy fruit. The palate has excellent depth and structure with plush, ripe dark fruits and a balanced acid line driving the mid-palate and finishing with savoury spice and dried herbs in unison with the elegant, fine-grained tannins. Wonderful wine from one of Australia’s top pruners to be drunk from now until 2030
