Lovely single vineyard Pinot from the Yarra Valley in South Australia to sit nicely alongside the “Sexton Vineyard” Chardonnay we also stock. Vivid red ruby in colour, there are aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries and sweet spices that follow through to the palate. Medium in body with fine tannins and a long, intense finish. No need for a decant here and nice when served very slightly chilled for the first glass. Drink with red meat, veal or poultry from now and for a decade
