A bit of a “holiday wine” this one having fist tried it with grilled fish when on holiday in Paxos, Greece. One of those wines I resolved to find when back in the UK. Green gold coloured in the glass with perfumed aromas of melon, ripe pineapple and lemon combine with toasty butterscotch notes. Opulent, with a richly oaked honey texture with a hint of oiliness with beautiful balance and spicy minerality on the finish. Drink young with grilled fish, shellfish, appetisers and light pasta dishes
