Sourced from selected butts in Chiclana de la Frontera, this distinctive Fino reflects the Atlantic influence of its coastal vineyards. Developed through a decade-long collaboration between Equipo Navazos and Chano Aragón, the solera was built from the sharpest, most characterful musts to capture the authentic style of Chiclana.
Aged around 7½ years under flor and bottled practically en rama, it delivers a mature yet vibrant profile - saline, vertical, and full of tension, with the freshness of a Manzanilla but the depth of inland Fino. Complex and elegant, it reveals layers of sea breeze, toasted almond, and subtle flor yeast
