100% Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley and made by the excellent producer Jacky Blot. The wine is golden coloured in the glass but dry and mineral tasting with excellent freshness. Almost buttery on the finish without being in any way heavy. So good with shellfish or pasta. Delicious, interesting and complex wine
