Made from 100% Vermentino, this lovely fresh Wien is straw-yellow in colour with a the nose is best described by the fresh pear and lemon zest aromas, with lifting notes of white flowers backed by a subtle herbal nuance. Silky and focused on the palate, offering a refreshingly bitter citrus and orchard fruit finish, with a hint of minerality. Interesting wine from Corsica and well worth a try on a summer’s evening with just about anything and drink quite young
