This certified organic and biodynamic Sancerre is flat out delicious. The wine is bone dry yet packs a real punch with flavours of citrus fruit, pear and melon with flinty stone mineral overtones. Medium bodied and with no hint of the metallic edge you sometimes find with Sauvignon Blanc. As good an entry level Sancerre as you will find and one that will convert non Sauvignon drinkers like me!
