This beautiful lightly aged Volnay from a top Burgundy Domaine, is an outstanding bottle of Premier Cru Burgundy made from 100% Pinot Noir that is hand-picked and aged for 17 months in oak barrels. Intense ruby red colour in the glass with a powerful floral aroma of fresh fruits. Smooth and elegant on the palate with prominent flavours of red berries, spice, pepper and liquorice. This can be drunk young but will develop more with some bottle ageing for many a year
