Fabulous award winning Champagne from Pinot Noir specialist Devaux. This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir and had a fantastic bright golden yellow colour. Aromas of apples, pears, brioche and vanilla in the glass - don’t serve in a narrow flute, try a bigger glass to really savour these aromas. On the palate, the fruit is full and rounded with rich pear notes, oak and vanilla. I real find this one and highly recommended to pair with pork, fish and cheese
