Fabulous Barolo from a lesser known producer but this really stood out for me. From the excellent 2021 vintage the wine has a freshness to it with beautiful aromas of red fruits and rose petals. On the palate we have cherry driven fruit held together by structured tannins. From their Prapò vineyard in Serralunga d’Alba but a lighter style of Barolo than you might expect from this region. Drink with red meats from now with a good long decant until mid-2030’s
