100% Chardonnay from South Africa and what a wine it is too. You will struggle to find anything from Burgundy that delivers this level of quality for the price. The grapes are from three different vineyards in Hemel-en Aarde and Overburg. The wine is beautifully balanced with intense Chardonnay fruit but with great acidity. Pair this with pork, chicken, vegetarian or fish such as Salmon or Tuna.
