Very interesting Rioja made from a blend of Tempranilo (80%), Garnacha (10%) and Graciano (10%). The wine is deep red cherry coloured with an intense nose dominated by red fruits from the Garnacha along with raspberry and licquorice from the Tempranillo. Quite powerful and complex with an explosion of fruit and soft tannins held together with great structure and a softer use of oak than you normally see from a Rioja. Pop and pour with 30 minutes of air in the bottle and drink over the next two or three years. Great summer red with a BBQ
