2018 was a very good in Bordeaux and the Denis Durantou vineyard makes some of the best value claret you can get your hands on. There are quite a few St. Émilion Grand Crus out there - sounds grand but they often disappoint. Not this wine. Deep and dark coloured with bags of bold supple and silky fruit. Great value wine that delivers way above its price point
