My favourite Beaujolais which always has nod towards Burgundy. An excellent expression of the Gamay grape which is ruby red in colour. The Moulin-à-Vent 2020 has a vibrant aromatic nose, with notes of cherries and blueberries. The palate is round and balanced with firm yet ripe tannins and good structure. There is a refreshing minerality on the lengthy finish. Nice when slightly chilled in the summer with BBQ red meats
