Iconic Chardonnay from Umbria in Central Italy. In the glass, the wine is pale yellow in colour with some greenish highlights. On the nose, complex and intense citrus notes with a hint of vanilla. Generous and well structured on the palate with fantastic Chardonnay fruit allied to a hint of hazelnut butter. This most famous of Italian Chardonnays is open for business young but can be cellared for up to 10 years. Drink with appestizers, cured meats, pasta and lean fish dishes
