Not often I say this, but this Sauvignon Blanc is a delightful wine with a lovely pale straw colour in the glass. The aromas are of ripe peach, citrus and floral notes. The acidity is vibrant with strong flavours on the palate of green apple lemons and minerals. Medium bodied wine with a crisp refreshing finish. Drink on a sunny day with seafood dishes. Can easily be drunk young but will also last beyond 2030. Epic 94 point example of Sauvignon Blanc from one of my favourite producers
