Bramito comes from the famous Antinori stable and hails from Umbria, south east of Tuscany. Sister wine to the famous (and pricier) Cervaro della Salla this is my go-to Italian Chardonnay. Similar in style to White Burgundy with restrained use of oak to balance the delicious honeyed fruit. Hard to beat at this price and an excellent companion to fish, pasta, antipasti and poultry
